Flügger named ‘Rethinkers of the Year’

The awards ceremony was held at the Grand Hotel in Stockholm on 25 March, and in the course of the evening the franchise concept was paid tribute to with the awarding of prizes in seven different categories.

Flügger was nominated with three other companies in the ‘Rethinkers of the Year’ category.

The award was presented by the accountants PwC, who said the following about Flügger:
“You have been nominated for the ‘Rethinkers of the Year’ award because you have excelled at developing the company digitally. This can be seen in particular with the way in which Flügger communicates with its customers. There is no doubt that your focus is on the customer experience while keeping it simple. For example, the digital support you receive from when the need arises until the actual time of purchase.”

The jury panel’s assessment:

“The winner has succeeded in giving the customer access to advice and information, both in the shop and online, and all the way to the individual customer’s home. At a time when consumers are becoming increasingly well-informed, you have displayed considerable understanding for the digital customer journey and created a complete customer and shopping experience. We want to pay tribute to a rethinker with a sense for color and shape that stands out from its competitors. The ‘Rethinker of the Year 2017’ award goes to Flügger färg.”
