Flügger invests in local production to strengthen quality and delivery reliability
Flügger invests in its factories to ensure the best possible conditions for professional painters. Therefore, Flügger continuously invests in its Scandinavian factories to ensure stable deliveries, and high product quality and solutions.

Recent initiatives include a new filler factory in Sweden and upgrades at the Kolding factory, where new dosing systems and optimised water valves have improved both precision and resource consumption.

By producing close to the markets we serve, we can respond more quickly to customer needs, shorten delivery times and ensure that painters always have access to the right products in the right quality – exactly when they need them, says Amina Abdullah, Production Manager at Flügger Kolding.

A strategic choice of proximity

At a time when many companies are opting to move production abroad, the decision to maintain and develop local production is a strategic and long-term one. The investment will ensure stable supply, high product quality and greater flexibility to meet customer needs.

Our aim is to be a strong partner for professional painters. Our ongoing investments in the Scandinavian factories strengthen our delivery reliability and ensure that we can quickly adapt to market demands, says Anders Klamer, Senior Vice President, Commercial Nordic.

More than 90% of Flügger’s own painting products are now eco-labelled, and the focus continues to be on optimising both production processes and product contents.
