1. Apply

When we have a vacancy, you can find it in our recruitment system here. Fill in the form with the relevant information and we will contact you.

We aim to provide you with feedback within 21 days of receiving your application.

We want to make the process as simple and straightforward as possible. For the vast majority of positions, it is therefore not necessary to upload an application – however, we look forward to reading your resume.

2. Candidate selection

We review applications on an ongoing basis and select the candidates we consider to be the best match to proceed to the next stage of the recruitment process.

It is important to us that the selection process is fair and inclusive.

The assessment must be made without regard to gender, sexual orientation, age, nationality, physical abilities, disability, political views, ethnicity, family status, religious beliefs or other ideologies. Read more about our diversity policy here.

3. First interview

The purpose of the first interview is to assess whether you and Flügger are a good match in terms of your qualifications, ambitions, motivation and personality. This interview is typically conducted online with the direct manager.

After the interview, we aim to give you feedback within 7 business days.

4. Second interview

The second interview will focus on your compatibility with the team and the working environment.

Therefore, you will typically be asked to complete a personality analysis, a logical test and prepare a case study prior to the interview.

We generally conduct this interview in person, and a representative from the team or management may be present. In some cases, a third or fourth interview may be necessary, particularly if several relevant parties need to meet the candidate.

For positions such as sales assistant, production- and warehouse worker, there will typically be no need for testing or for several people to participate in the interview.

5. Final decision

Once the relevant interviews have been completed, the direct manager and HR will work together to select the final candidate.

The decision is primarily based on objective criteria such as relevant experience, competence assessment and whether the candidate is a good fit with Flügger’s values and culture.

Additionally, relevant references will be obtained, if possible.

If you accept the job offer, you will be asked to provide your CPR number in our system (as well as bank details if you will be employed in Sweden or Norway) so that we can draw up your contract and ensure correct payment of your salary.
